:: CE Marking ::

For the CE mark you must:

1. Manufacturing products that comply with European Standards
2. Knowing the procedures laid down by Directives
3. Being a European Company
4. Or have a Representative within the European Community

So if you are not a European Company, point 1 and 2 are not enough and if someone tells you that he’ll make you have the CE mark, it is better for you to look at the picture above!

For CE marking your products you MUST have a representative or a branch office in Europe.
